This tour is one of our best! Not only will you experience the wilderness of Northern Canada on a 45-minute scenic drive, but you will also learn about the special relationship the Indigenous peoples have with the land. Enjoy an informative and relaxing nature hike through the wilderness to the waterfalls. It is a great tour to get some healthy outdoor exercise, enjoy our Yellowknife summer wilderness, and learn about our Indigenous culture!

The Journey to the Falls
After the scenic drive, we arrive at the starting point for the hike. Our Indigenous guides will do a brief overview of the hike and safety matters, then we’re off on a short relaxing hike to the Cameron River waterfalls. As a 100% Indigenous owned tour company, our guides will share stories about our special relationships with the land, talking about the plants, trees, animals and sharing personal stories!

Reconnect with Mother Nature
Once we reach the falls, we will visit there for about thirty minutes to fully enjoy the healing powers of the Falls and the wilderness. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with Mother Nature and to connect with yourself. Pick your spot to sit down and take in all the wonderful scenery, breathe in clean, fresh air and just enjoy this very tranquil moment in Nature.

Stories from the Land
On our hike back, our Indigenous guides will continue sharing stories about their lives and life on the land. Then we’re back on the highway for some fun highway photos and off to another hiking location where you will get some amazing views of our northern lakes. Also, as on all our tours, our guides will take professional photos of you for your memories.
