Summer season is the BEST time to see Aurora! It’s only a 8 week season but what an amazing 8 weeks! We are the only tour company to always say “the warmer the weather, the better the Aurora”. In August we can enjoy Aurora in warm +20C’s (70F) temperatures WOW! So if you’re a fan of the cold weather, then summer Aurora is for you. Plus to see the Aurora reflect off the water is, well, truly a once in a lifetime experience!

Winter season is the longest Aurora viewing season, 5 months long! December, January and February have shorter days, longer nights and are the coldest months, temperatures can go to -40C! March offers amazing Aurora AND the world famous Snow Castle attraction!
